Management Contact:
ISF’s Management Team conducts weekly site visits, management / OH&S meetings, union meetings, client meetings, operational audits, risk assessments, etc… and provides the day-to-day contact for employees and client management. These persons are contactable 24/7 via phone and alternate business hours contact systems will include mail, email and fax.

Feedback Mechanisms are considered the most important tool in ISF’s philosophy for:

This ensures that our services meet and then exceed the specified needs for our clients by undertaking regular surveys through:
- Management
- Contractors and
- Employees
The results then can be implemented with an action plan to improve the service delivery.
