Training

ISF believes that training is the spirit of this company.  It is a crucial element of a professional workforce improving and enhancing its skills and knowledge. It is our commitment to provide a hybrid training approach for our employees, contractors and to our clients.

In conjunction with ISTA and other relevant training providers, ISF ensures all staff to undertake the following prior to commencement of a contract:

  • Induction to the Client’s culture and requirements
  • Security Management
  • Specialised Training
  • Information Technology
  • Incident Report Writing
  • Risk Management
  • Occupational Health & Safety and First Aid

ISF recognises the need for continuous upgrade of skill levels providing continuous improved service delivery within the scope of any contract.

 

All of our personnel are licensed under the Private Security Act 2004, and are qualified in Level 2 First-Aid.  All security personnel are trained to Certificate Level III and also attend regular monthly training sessions, refreshing their training and knowledge in all aspects of their responsibility.
